area till 31st May,2016, who are facing major water scarcity. Because
of some of the violations that can be controlled due to enabling of sec.144 in
the area of water scarcity and this was implemented due to the conflict arised
in the area who removed all water from water tanker running on road No more
than 5 people near any water supplying utility (water tankers) Can be found
fighting or quarreling for water, if found doing so they can be prisoned
Along with
that, India’s major festival Holi is
to be held soon in the country and some political parties are taking these as
publicity module in their advertising chapter but I think this is not the point
to grow politically unstable condition, the government and the opposition both
should consider it a point of worry. Govt. should have to look on it with some
quality measures to improve the condition as the main and most hot season has
not been yet fully arrived, the summer season which will be hotter than the
condition today.
